When in the right mood, Japanese hardcore makes me feel invincible. There is a feeling of inner power and intensity inherent to a lot of Japanese hardcore that makes most everything sound weak in comparison. The Japanese play like their lives depend on it –Seeing Nightmare, Crude or Paintbox on stage gave me no doubt about that.
One of my biggest regrets in hardcore history is Judgement never getting around to recording the couple of unreleased songs they wrote in their early days, when Nori (formerly of Crück fame) was still the vocalist. If you've seen the 1996-'97 live videos that are floating around, you know they were playing 3 amazing tracks that never made it to vinyl. "Shame" is an understatement. I firmly believe they could've recorded a serious contender to the No Reason Why single. Check out this song and try to prove me wrong:

croise les doigts, ils sont peut-être des bons enregistrement de répète. Et puis pourquoi ils ne l'ont pas enregistré avec le nouveau chanteur?
